| How long will it take to get a new website built? |

Generally a new website can be built in approximately 3 weeks. However, this does depend on your cooperation and input in a timely manner when
requested. Another factor affecting development time is the amount of complex features you have ordered for your site. When the website is planned out you will
be given an estimate on completion time specific to your website. |

| Can I get a discount if I want less pages? |
|
Discounts are not offered. The graphic design of a new website is generally the most time intensive portion of the project. Building less pages
does not decrease this, therefore the new website package detailed on the services page is the minimum for a new website. |

| Can you build me a website without a CMS and I'll just pay you to update it? |
|
My time is limited so I prefer to spend it doing graphic work and coding rather than basic text changes. Also, $30 an hour is a lot for you to
pay for text updates. ;-) If you are having difficulty with your CMS, I will be happy to review it with you. |

| Do you build flash websites? |

At this time full flash websites are not offered. If you are interested in simple flash elements please contact me to discuss. |

| When do I pay you? |
|
For new websites and custom quotes, a 50% deposit is due at the commencement of the project, the remainder at completion. For all other services,
payment is due upon completion. |

| Do I need to provide the copy for my website? |
|
Yes, you will need to provide all the copy (text) for your site. You will also be able to edit it at any time through your CMS. |

| I already have a domain name, can I use it? |
|
Yes, I can instruct you how to point your current domain name to my server where your site will be hosted. |

| I have one of those free escort websites. Can you make custom graphics for it? |

No, this is not a service I provide. If you are using a free cookie cutter site, you may want to consider investing in a custom personalized website.
It gives you a much more professional appearance and most clients are more likely to use a contact/appointment request form on a custom website than a free site where they do
not know who is collecting their personal information. |
